FarmFest 2022 Motor Mecca giveaway terms and conditions

1. The promoter is Motor Mecca
2. The competition is open to all visitors and customers who fill in the farm and subscribe to Motor Mecca email newsletter at https://motormecca.ac-page.com/farmfest-2022 except employees of Motor Mecca and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Entry for the competition and details of how to enter are available at https://motormecca.ac-page.com/farmfest-2022
5. Entries open 26 May, 2022 and closing date is Sunday 19 June. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows. To enter simply subscribe to Motor Mecca newsletter using  https://motormecca.ac-page.com/farmfest-2022
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The prize is a STIHL HSA 26 Battery Shrub Shear valued at $199
10. Winners will be chosen at random from the list of newsletter subscribers.
11. The winner will be drawn: 22 June, 2022
12. The winners will be notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not repond within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
13. The prize must be collected from Motor Mecca at 330 Anzac Avenue, Toowoomba.
14. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
16. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
