The STIHL HL 94 petrol long-reach hedge trimmer is ideal for professional garden and landscape maintenance, as well as demanding domestic work. The STIHL HL 94 petrol long-reach hedge trimmer can be used to cut tall, long and wide hedges. The lightweight transmission of the STIHL HL 94 long-reach hedge trimmer ensures comfortable working, even during longer periods of use.

The long-reach hedge trimmer is powered by the STIHL 2-MIX engine, which means that you can use the double-sided cutting blades to powerfully cut even thicker branches with precision.

All control elements are integrated into the multi-function handle of the STIHL HL 94. Thanks to the quick adjustment system, the adjustable cutter bar, which can be swivelled by up to 145°, can be angled to positions in two directions and folded parallel to the shaft for transport. The optional STIHL tip protector protects the tip of your STIHL HL 94 cutting attachment against damage when working close to the ground.

The STIHL HL 94 petrol long-reach hedge trimmer has a bar length of 60 cm and a total length of 199 cm.

  • EFFORTLESS STARTING. STIHL Easy2start saves you energy when starting your power tools. A smooth and even pull on the starter cord is all that’s needed. The required speed on the starter cord is significantly reduced, and the engine starts quickly and reliably even with a slow pull. An additional spring between the crankshaft and the starter cord roll makes this easier.
  • A small fuel pump delivers fuel to the carburettor at the touch of a button. This reduces the number of starting strokes required from a cold start.
  • MORE FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT IN NARROW SPACES. The loop handle is a great advantage in narrow spaces, such as when clearing between bushes, shrubs or park benches. The practical handle position allows you to move your power tool freely and to guide it easily and precisely, even in confined spaces.
  • FOR OPTIMAL HEDGE CUTTING. The double-sided cutting blade facilitates optimum hedge cutting: vertically, horizontally and in corners. Thanks to the double-sided cutting blades, you can effectively trim or prune your hedge – even those thicker branches.
  • The STIHL 2-MIX engine is both powerful and economical. Separating the exhaust emissions from the unburnt gas minimises scavenging losses, and therefore increases the power output while reducing consumption.

    The two-stroke engine with STIHL 2-MIX technology saves up to 20% of fuel and reduces emissions by up to 70% compared to STIHL 2-stroke engines of the same performance class without 2-MIX technology.
